Summary We collect your data, as outlined below, by obtaining basic information of our readers in a professional context such as name, email, job title, company name, phone number to provide access to our news, events and other programming. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information Many of the features of HN Websites are available to you without providing personally identifiable information.

Aging Media Network Inc. (AMN) operates several websites related to aging and housing content and services. HN may share personal information collected from users of its websites internally across these websites to offer products and services from time to time.

Newsletters and CAN-SPAM Act Compliance The HN Websites are fully compliant with the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM Act”). HN sends only verified e-mail newsletters, specifically requested by HN subscribers. Subscriptions to HN newsletters are verified by sending an e-mail confirmation to your e-mail address, which requires a positive response before an e-mail address is added to HN’s list.
Security Personally identifiable information you submit to HN is password-protected for your privacy and security. HN uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions. In the unlikely event that an unauthorized third-party compromises HN security measures, HN will not be responsible for any damages directly or indirectly caused by an unauthorized third party’s ability to view, use or disseminate such information.
